Summary
The annual United Veterans Memorial Day Parade runs from South Beloit into downtown Beloit starting at 9:00 a.m. on Memorial Day. Council members will march, meaning a quorum may be present, but the city stresses no official business will happen — it's a community event honoring veterans.
